This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. They offer no technical support in my area and just keep advising that we spend more and more money to try and piece back together there substandard units. When you question them, they talk down to you and make you feel stupid. According to them, it is so simple to fix these ICU cages that a receptionist could do it. Stay away from spending multiple thousands of dollars with Snyder Manufacturing and seek an alternative for your O2 ICU needs! I have been dealing with a unit that has been down for over five months and keep getting the run-around from Snyder with constantly being asked to spend more money!
